What about starting a campaign? We could write a text together (something like "We want Dom for C5 and thats why:") and then one of us could send it to SM? Okay...probably just a crazy idea of me... But as you can see...I'd do everything to get Dom for C5!!!

(I'd love to meet him again, even though I'm quite sure, that he'd never come to such an event as C5. Hell, he doesn't even like to be on a photograph! *g*) as you can see, everyone from LOTR will do for me..as long as Dom Monaghan is on the list too!! Oh and for my begging:

Hi NiChan I haven't got a picture of you giving Dom the bonsai either...but I just read your review of C4 on www.herr-der-ringe-film.de. Sounded like you had a long night. I guess I still can call me and my friend VERY lucky, that we were able to meet Dom and Elijah on Sunday, even though we got to MK around 9am (which obviously was WAY to late.) But hey, everyone needs a bit of luck! As far as your comment on SM is concerned, I was a bit disapointed. I mean I know C4 was at times a mess...god, I wasn't sure whether we'd get to meet any of the LOTR cast members for a very long time...and we especially went from Switzerland to England to meet the guys. But then again, I gotta say, that it's most likely BECAUSE SM tried to hurry things up a bit, that we were able to meet Dom and Elijah in the end. Everything's got its good and bad sides I guess....so on one hand it was a bit sad that we didn't get more time with them and that we weren't able to get a dedication on the autographs, but on the other hand we might wouldn't even have been able to meet them at all, if it wasn't for SM hurrying things up a bit. So in my opinion blaming SM for this is not very fair. I wouldn't know how to deal with more than 1000 crazy LOTR fans, who want nothing more than to meet their favorite actor, either.

That's the way I did it too! *ggg* While standing in queue for Elijah I took pictures of Dom and while standing in queue for Dom my friend took pictures of Elijah! *g*

Hi everyone I really like all the stuff you gave to Dom and Elijah. To Elijah I only gave a letter, which on the other hand was a very personal thing to me, and I just hope he read it (or will read it some time.) He seemed to be very grateful though, even though it was just a letter. As far as Dom is concerned...I'd need everyone's help who's seen him after the signing on sunday. (Mostly people in the green room) Me and my friend especially travelled from Switzerland to England to attend Collectormania...and besides of being able to meet Elijah and Dom our main goal was, to give something very dear to us to Dom. We are in a Swiss LOTR fanclub, that we founded ourselves and in the name of that fanclub we wanted to say thank you to everyone who worked for LOTR, because these movies were the reason that we all got together. Since we were at C4 only able to thank Dom and Elijah in person, we wrote that letter (which was more like a certificate actually) that we gave to Dom in order to show round to everyone (who had something to do with LOTR) he meets. Additional to that we gave him a medallion, that we made ourselves out of tin. There exist only 30 medallions of that sort and the one we gave to Dom was actually the first one we ever made, so it was rather dear to us. Well me and my friend's problem now is, that we didn't really have a lot of time to talk to Dominic and I'm not quite sure now, whether (mostly because of us explaining everything very badly (I mean, hey, english isn't our first language and we were soooo nervous!!! *g*)) he really understood what we wanted with all this. Probably it was also a bit too far off to ask him to in some ways be the representative of our fanclub throughout showing that letter around. Anyway...if anyone saw Dominic later on on Sunday with the medallion (which actually was in a darkblue velvet pouch) or the letter (which was printed on lightbrown paper, in order to give it a special ancient feel) I'd be glad to know that. :) Hugs to everyone!

Yeah, I think that she's quite pretty too! I'd be happy for Dom, anyways....but, actually I don't think that she's his girlfriend...he just said two days ago on the Sharon Osbourne show, that he's single. So no more confusion on that topic!

Hi guys! *waves* How you've been doing today? Did everything work out for you, Tank girl, already? *hopes* Well...I'm actually getting more nervous as we speak. It'll be my journey to England tomorrow, I still gotta pack and there's lots and lots of other stuff I gotta do, before I catch my flight. Well and then, I'm sooooooooo incredibly nervous, 'cause I'll go to another country just on my own. I mean I've been to NZ recently, so I'm quite used to travelling now, but still it's not the same, if you go to another place with some of your mates (which I did when going to NZ) So this will be my first journey all by myself...and then there's C4 that almost drives me crazy the closer it gets!! *g* Well I hope I'll work my way through to my airplane tomorrow...'cause that's really my biggest fear! *g* *hugs to everyone*

Just thinking about that makes me sick! It's soooo weird! I mean this has been like a journey (a journey in the journey one might say *g*)...I can't really believe that it's all gonna end soon...I mean no more fangatherings for the premiere...this makes me really sad! *sobs* On the other hand..with my fanclub having around there will definitely gonna be many other LOTR related gatherings, even though there are no more movies!

Yeah, totally unorganised! *g* I guess I must call myself really lucky, since I just got to know of C4 by chance. Someone on a german message board said something about it...and as interested in such things as I am, I looked it up on the internet. And since I wanted to go to England for holidays anyway, and had asked my relatives who live in England about that before already, it was rather easy to plan all this...though I had quite some problems with getting to Collectormania at the beginning...but those problems are sorted out now. And if you look at the fact, that I just had 2 weeks to plan I guess I did quite a good job! *ggg* Anyway...I really gotta go to bed now...it's almost 11 pm already! But it was nice talking to you guys and I'm sure we're gonna meet here tomorrow again. :) have a nice night!! *hugs to everyone*

Yeah to me it definitely is! *g* I mean, there's not really a lot happening in Switzerland...it's not like we *ever* get to meet any famous persons...you really gotta be lucky to have the chance to meet someone you are a huge fan of. And besides I'm also really looking forward to buying all that merchandising stuff C4 has to offer (not all of course, but you know what I mean! *g*) It's not really easy to get such stuff around here...I mostly have to order things online, and sometimes this is just totally annoying, since you need a credit card rather often. So that journey to England is really the highlight of the past couple of years! :) @ Tank girl mhh...if I tell you, you're gonna laugh! *g* I just heard of C4 two weeks ago!!!
