You'll need authorisation to collect the tickets as it wasn't your card they were bought on. That's not what I was told by SeeTickets. I booked the tickets using my mother's credit card and when I enquired as to what I'd need to bring with me to prove that I was entitled to the tickets this is what I was told by SeeTickets customer service:

Ok that's great to hear. Another question I'd like to ask.. I have booked tickets for a photoshoot for myself and my girlfriend with Patrick Stewart for the Sunday as it was the only day that was left on the website. The problem is we will have to leave the venue early enough (roughly 5pm or so) to actually catch our flight back home from heathrow... Would there be any way to make sure on the day that we can have the photoshoot take place earlier in the day or is there any facility to swap these tickets with other members if it comes to that? Hi All, I purchased two silver tickets along with a few addons (pics with Patrick Stewart on Sunday) and I live in Ireland. I was just wondering if there's any way in advance to see which autographs we have on the tickets that are being held for us at the moment? Also I was wondering what the situation is with collecting the tickets, will there be an area that we have to queue or will we have to join a general queue buying tickets on the day? Thanks.
