How would you do a meadow theme? Would we dress as trees and flowers?
its more about the theme of party and how it would look think about bella and edward in the meadow, its quite a chilled out theme i suppose but its what you want it to be, fairytale dresses, i was thinking of renesmee in the meadow in the visions etc like most themes its your own interpretation. the majority want a sleepover but its not my thing personally lol i just go with the flow and im only stating what the votes were most of the others got 2-3 votes these were just the top ones, take them as you wish :)

I to can only get a rwin deuluxe for friday and saturday, the hilton is telling me that all that is left for sunday night is a single room which is obviously not an option for us, they had told me the the event organisers need to get in touch to get them to release more rooms under the rate before we can book them. it seems like sunday night is where the problem lays becuase i was offered an exec for only two nights as well under the convention rate.
please let us know asap when they have released these rooms as its worrying me a bit now that the staff at the hilton are so unhelpful on the phone

Hi id already ordered the ticket for my cousin but didnt know to add that in also we wasnt sure she was coming until now can i add her to the order?
where so i email and do i just quote her ticket confirmation number?

whats wrong with BooBoo!? and can someone please tell me what team silver balls is???tis a awesome group of ladies from facebook that like fanfic.... all the others like this fanfic called masters of the universe which is where silver balls come from.... as in like a certain type of toy if you get my drift... im a member of team silver balls on facebook but kinda cant stand that fic so i didnt get a t shirt lmao but i still love the girlies :)
is a very awesome group of fun-loving girls with varied ages from 18- (not saying) ok ill admit i hit the bit 30 this year but you cant call us cougars because Justin, Dan and Bill are all 30!!! and yes "silver balls" comes from a fanfic but it was just for fun. there are thousand of fanfics which we all like to read and brighten up our lives lol This group was inspired from Eternal Twilight 4 were most of us met for the first time and these are quite possibly the best friendships i've had in my life. I can't wait for us to all meet again at ET6 and have more evening fun with the girls.
Twilight has really brought the best out in me and i think its great for men and women,...... sorry i interrupted your thread boys we might be loud and proud but we love you too. xxxxxxx

From the topic title, i think this is pretty self explainitry.
Just wanted to say a MASSIVE thanks to Jason, Mark and ALL the amazing crew, and of course to the guests who made this weekend INCREDIBLE.
I had a lovely time. The parties were amazing, the entertainment at the parties was genius/
Miss all my friends already, roll on October.

Couldn't have put i better myself Gemma and i miss you already, ive booked my gold about an hour ago for ET6
only suggestion for the Gold reception would be to use seated tables so people don't get left out or don't have an equal chance to talk or listen to the guest :) but otherwise i everything was awesome the crew did an amazing job as always

Authors have kind of become one of my favorite parts of the ETs, really sad that we don't have any for this one
Still gonna have a Bloody good time though I really hope they could try and get PC & Kristen Cast as authors of the House of night series Awakened is going to be out soon the eigth book in the series and i think more people should read them, Marked the first book is being turned into a movie and i hope for a slightly older audience!

thats kinda cool but like others have said id rather the money be spent on more guests.
ET4 was my first con and i was told if i had any ideas to come on here but i dont know who to contact so im gonna put them on this thread in the hope that "showmasters" can see them.
First I LOVED the authors, it was excellent, but i really wanted a pic with Becca fitzpatrick and couldnt take one with her in the signing hall although she said she would be happy if i saw her later but i never saw her after that.......so would it be possible to have a group shot with the authors (paid or not) im sure people would be interested in this, you could limit the tickets if there were timing issues etc.
You mentioned wristbands on lanyards at the convention personally i prefer a wristband but why cant it be like the plastic ones you get at some theme parks, they had them for the NEW MOON fan event at the Battersea evolution for the UK fan event, just plain white with the new moon logo as they are plastic, water would not affect them and the pop/snap catch means you cannot get them off unless cut so no one can take the mickey.
I also love the Idea of pictures at the party but we stood on four different occasions waiting just to find our photo, again just a suggestion, why cant all the pics be displayed on a separate TV screen on a loop with their codes and then you just have to ask to look at that/those coded pics and the process could be a little quicker.
Please dont take anything here negatively they are all suggestions and i absolutely LOVED the convention so much that i upgraded my ticket for the one in Feb and im soooo looking forward to it. At ET4 i did speak to one of the organisers about the photo collection process as they seemed a little erractic, i suggested thy were spread over more tables etc and the next day it was much better and really easy to find them so i was extremely impressed with showmasters. I hope to keep coming to the conventions as long as they keep happening and the guests keep coming! xxxxxxxxxx
