Have just met Patrick Stewart at Milton Keynes today so my one remaining captain is now Scott Bakula, please can we have him at London.

Just curious to find out which of the Treks are peoples faves. Mine would have to be DS9, may be slightly obsessed with Trill for various reasons! Also I love the character driven stories and relationships in it (I'm a Kira and Odo lover).
DS9 by far is the best, characters better developed, intricate story lines, development of Bajor and cardassia, very well written series, and also the Dominion continuing saga, brilliant

Have to agree - DS9 was the best Star Trek series, would like to add to the stars I have already met, would like to see;
Jeffrey Combs, Marc Alaimo, Nana Visitor, Nicole De Boer, Alexander Siddag, Armin Shimmerman, Loise Fletcher, Terry Farrell, Cirroc Lofton, James Darren, JG Hertlzer, Robert O'Reilly.

JG Hetzler and Robert O'Reilly have been doing photo ops of them both dressed as Martok and Gowron - full make up and costume!! They look fantastic. How about something like that?
I think that is an excellent idea- would definetely be a crowd puller - could even get Marc Alaimo and Jeffrey Combs to do the same.

I would definetely support a Star Trek convention, and I would add my support for as many guests as possible, the Captains would be an obvious attraction but as mentioned earlier some of the supporting cast have been very good to meet at various Collectomanias at MK.
Would like to see Jeffrey Combs, Marc Alaimo, Alexander Siddag, Louise Fletcher, Terry Farrell, Nicole De Boer and Nana Visitor as those are DS9 stars that I have not yet met but I'm interested in meeting stars from the other Star Trek franchises as well.
Hope it goes ahead, would be nice if it was in the midlands........

NYPD Blue Cast (Dennis Franz, Jimmy Smits, Gordon Clapp)
Stargate signings (Joe Flanigan, Amanda Tapping, Richard Dean Anderson (Unlikely I know)).

A few suggestions for Massive Events conventions;
A CSI convention with guests from the 3 shows, could even incorporate NCIS to widen fan base.
A Star Trek convention, not had one in the UK since 2007, definetely a best seller (especially DS9).
A Supernatural convention, attended one in May 09, big fan base, Showmasters could organise it a lot better though
A NYPD Blue convention, this show had massive following from 1993-2005, and could do really well (or could be incorporated with CSI con).

I think any of the following would have a good support;
A CSI convention, covering all 3 csi shows, could also incorporate NCIS as well.
Star trek convention, not been one in UK since 2007, very popular.
Buffy/Angel convention, still a large fan base.
Supernatural convention, been to one in Birmingham, large following, showmasters could organise better though.
