All refunds have now been completed, please give a day or two for them to reach bank accounts etc. If you have any problems please email and I will try to resolve. Please be aware that we may not get to answer until Monday as most of us are at an event this weekend,

Why don't they use an established and reliable ticketing method, such as wegottickets.com, I run events and Ive been using them for years, never had a single customer with a problem regarding tickets, its a e-ticket site, so customers would print their own tickets and it would get scanned at the event, simples, the amount of trouble me and my friends have had with Showmasters is rediculous, especially since we have only been going to these events since LFCC this year.

If your ticket doesn't turn up in time, take your confirmation email with you to the event and they'll get you sorted.
Of course this only applies if you don't receive your tickets in time, the last posting is tomorrow and all accepted orders are ready to go, so they should arrive in good time. If your card was declined you will of course need to purchase tickets at the show as the shop is now closed,

If you recieved an email saying your order is cancelled it means your card details were rejected/declined. We have been processing the orders all weekend and any that are declined are double checked before emails are sent. Purple Vamp there is nothing 'going on' just that the card details submitted have been declined.

The checking of wristbands was non existent. After the ease to get in free last time, this really should have been tightened.

We were able to check wrist bands and passes as people approached signing tables and photo shoots with very little problem. I only had to ask 3 seperate people to see them when they were not visible. At each morning briefing all crew were reminded of this and it certainly was one of our priotiries this weekend.

loved Armin..he was fab..as was my little chat with paul mcgann (he liked my hair!!) got my photo and signature from DT (eventually.it was my birthday on sunday) although cried all the way back to Wales and still quite upset today, the poor 2 female crew members behind the photo table who collapsed, due to heat and being surrounded by 1,000 rude people because the photos had been messed up..i so neede to get out of the way but couldn't because even though visably there were 2 crew members on the floor i was still being sandwiched against the table!! can some one plz give me some conformation that that 2 ladies in question are ok just to put my mind at ease..thanks xx

That would be Ken and you are right he did a great job as always,
Also thanks to the guy working the front of the queue (by the no-more-photos-white line) early in the morning. Didnt catch his name but he was professional and kept the line moving in a friendly and low stress way which I very much appreciated. Thanks to that dude, and I hope his boss is reading this post. There is enough stress in these situations without shouty staff buzz killing everyone. Good work that man.
