    I was sat next to her on the aisle seat, and I felt so sorry for you bot that were sat in front! During the talks she kept shifting further and further onto my chair too. I was thinking, I've got nowhere else to move except onto the floor!

     

    I remember seeing you actually! I knew you weren't with them and you did look a bit annoyed too! x

    Complaint about the staff of Hilton

    I found the staff to be nice, the only complaint i had was with my room booking.

    I had a double and a single room booked in my name. When i knew the final arrangements, i emailed a few weeks ago and cancelled the double room. But when i checked in on Friday, turned out they had cancelled the single room and i ended up having to pay for the double room on my own.

    I spoke to 3 different people about it, including a manager, but they refused to admit that it was their mistake, even though my email CLEARLY said i wanted the double room to be cancelled.

    So in the end i was £80 out of pocket :thumbup:

    The girl behind me in the talks on Sunday really got on my nerves.

    First she kept kicking my chair, so i moved my chair forward a bit, and then she moved her's forward and started doing it again!

    Then she held on to the back of my chair and kept catching my hair. She said sorry 3 times so i said well if you are so sorry, just stop doing it! Then of course she let on she didn't understand English, even though she laughed along with the jokes the guests made so she obviously understood fine!

    Then when she was taking photos during the talks, she put her hand right in between my friend and i. We were back row of the gold seats and she was the first row of silver, she might have well just came and sat on my knee the whole time!! :thumbup: Personal space anyone?!!

    I know sometimes people don't realize they are coming across as rude or annoying, but if you have to keep apologizing for doing something, surely you know you should stop doing it?!

    I too was having a dilemma about a dress! I found a perfect dress but lost my bidding war on EBAY. Then the dresses I wanted were way too expensive considering. Well, finally all of my hard work paid off and I found the perfect dress. As far as money goes, I totally understand. If you go on EBAY, you can find something suitable for the evening and not lose a fortune! I wish you luck!! :P

    I lost out on a dress for ET2 and someone suggested it to me, haven't lost anything since! It bids in the last few seconds for you.

    Eclipse Premiere

    I went to Leicester Square on Thursday for the Sex and the City 2 premiere, just to see my favourite actor Max Ryan.

    I got there at 11am and there were some people already waiting but not big crowds. Obviously this will be a lot different for Eclipse!

    The security guy told me that people camped out for 2 days before Harry Potter!

    We decided to wait at the spot where the cars arrive and in my opinion it was definitely the best spot!

    Everyone from the film took time to walk round and sign stuff before going on to the red carpet and i got great photos of all them. I got chatting with Max for 5 minutes, was so happy!!

    We made friends with 3 girls beside us and everyone else was nice, not too much shoving although i think this had a lot to do with it being a slightly older crowd. Eclipse will be madness, i could never cope with it!! :D

    Ok I'm going to stop quoting numbers they were somewhere between 120-140 just trying to say that they shouldn't have been in with G1-10 I agree the band on saturday night was awful!

     

    Wow! :( How did they manage to get so far up front if the passes were being checked?!!

     

    Aw, guys, give them a break! They're only 14-17 years old, and it was their first big gig, think of it from their perspective! I'd've been terrified!

     

    Fair play to them, and every band has to start out somewhere...I'm just saying i thought they were awful! A lot of the younger ones seemed to love them though so i'm sure they were happy!

     

    The atmosphere was good thanks to the live band but they murdered Super Massive Blackhole TWICE!

     

    I couldn't agree more! It was actually painful!

    I'm so sorry I know one was around G127 and the other was somewhere around that I was just saying that they shouldn't have been in with Gold 1 to 10 sorry!

     

    I was Gold 127 and i went in with my own group when i was supposed to. If people were in the wrong seats why not get one of the staff to check it out and get them moved?

     

    I had a great weekend and didnt have any problems. :whistling:

    I didnt like the band on Saturday night, they were truly awful. The idea of a live band was good, but they sucked.

    When Gil's signing was running late and everyone was crowded outside queuing for the talks, it was way too hot and stuffy. I understand that the staff were trying to make more room for other people coming, but there was no room where i was and they kept shoving more people over and telling us to move closer together. We were practically sitting on top of each other and it made me feel a bit dizzy.

    Apart from that i thought it went very well :uhoh:

    i have that one but the short version of it ... im not wenring it though iv opted for sometinng a bit more manley lol, ( plus im scared i wreck it when im drunk lol )

     

    I'm a bit worried about how high the split is at the front! :( I know i'll be careful to begin with, but after a few drinks i'll probably forget myself! ;)

     

    My mask has turned out to be a bit of a let down. My Granny bought me one when she was on holiday, a nice enough gold and silver one, but no feathers or anything on it. I didnt want to upset her by not wearing it so a guy that i sort of know through work said he could 'pimp' it for me ;) He's a mature art student and he said he would paint it, add a few swavorski crystals and black feathers and make it look more glam...

     

    So i went to collect it yesterday and its not how i pictured it ;) The feathers look like they belong to a crow and he found them in his back garden! Not nice and fluffy as i imagined. He stuck feathers below the nose and it made it look like a moustache!! ^_^ I had to rip them off!!

    Its too late to get anything else now so it will just have to do. I wish i had just done it myself now!

    Eeek, I have just fell for a mask on ebay, its perfect! I have messaged the woman to ask if she will be able to send it to come in time. heres hoping!

     

    You would be better paying extra for special delivery! I wouldnt chance it with first class post at the minute. My baseball t-shirt still hasnt arrived and i ordered it over 2 weeks ago, maybe almost 3! :thumbup:

     

    Right...I'm going to post a picture of my dress and i bet that someone else has the same one! ;) I already know someone is wearing the same dress as my friend. Damn ebay! :thumbup:

    yeah thats the thing with ebay isnt it! I was hoping as I have had it for so long no one else would and i havent got money to buy anything else oh well we'll just ahve to make sure we dont stand near each other haha! do you know if she is wearing a cape or anything with hers?! I wasnt going too but might mow just to make it a little different

     

    No she's not wearing anything with it. I dont even think she wants to wear a mask with it but thats kinda the whole point in a masquerade ball!! :YAHOO: I'm sure someone will have the same dress as me too! Oh well!

    I brought this dress for the prom at ET1 but didnt wear it so I've decided to wear it for this instead as I havent had a chance to wear it yet!

    Thats why i really didnt want to buy one off ebay, coz loads of people could have the same one...But i couldnt find one i liked anywhere else. Mine came earlier this week...The knee high split at the front is more like crotch high! :angry:
