Hi, I'm a bit new to the Collectormania thing.
I've brought and received my ticket for the Brandon photoshoot, does anyone know what happens next?
Maybe i'm thick and haven't read the instuctions properly it mentions I will be allocated a time, but i'm not sure where I need to find this time out? Will I have to wait about all day if my shoot isn't till 5/6?

Why is everyone getting so stressed over the hotel?
The event isn't until November, Showmasters have loads of other events much closer to deal with.
It's not exactly like the Radisson is the only hotel in the area - it's on a main stretch of road with tons of hotels, and some are far cheaper than the Radisson anyway!

showmasters - If I buy a ticket and then Tony of some reason has to cancel, will I get a refund then as my only reason for going to the party would be to see him?
As the first post by SM says "*All guests are subject to work commitments." I read this as you are buying a ticket for the party, not to see Tony, it will not be refundable if he cancels.
In the same way as entry tickets to G-Mex and LFCC are not refundable if a guest cancels.

You have to take them down by 12th Night. So as long as they're taken down by the 6th January then you're fine.

Firstly: My best friend is taking her two boys for the youngest's birthday (a suprise) and they love the A-Team so we are going to pay for them to have a picture with the guys & the van, but she wants just one picture, with both of her children in the same picture - is the price £25 for the picture or does she have to pay extra to include her second child, and if so how much will it be? We'd like to book this photo op online prior to going if possible.
As far as I know and understand it, you will have to pay the same price again, for every person that is in the photo. So basically you have to pay twice. I do believe you will get two copies of the pics though because there will be two people in the pic.
Secondly: Will Kavan Smith be doing photos at all?
He's not listed on the photos page (which usually means no). BUT when we went to the London Event the other week, when we actually got there, there were more guests doing photos than had been announced on the site (and because we got there kinda late & queued for over an hour to get in, we missed some of them)... so I just thought I'd ask! Only reason I'm going is to see Kavan, so a photo would be wonderful, especially since as far as I know he hasn't done many of these events If he's not listed in the photos page then doubtful. You could always ask for photo when he signs autographs. However, there may be restrictions on the day.

It's always best to keep an eye on the website and forum as the guest appearance days are usually posted up closer to the event itself.

As this thread had the most postings regarding the party, I've kept this open and closed the other ones.
As many people have said - Showmasters will make announcements regarding the party as and when they are ready to!
