    Okay... I came on here 2 days ago and saw the photo thread, and now I come back to show my sister the pic of Branden and the little girl... Sammy. And the whole thread's gone! so now she thinks I'm crazy and imagined it. :D

     

    What happened to it? Someone help me please...

    well matt lewis turned up but if anything i think its just to catch up wit the other HP guys and because he enjoys the event - whether he met any other stars i have no idea. i wonder how many people do turn up that arent recognised and whether they prefer it that way or not

    Matt met Brad Dourif at C6, I know because he pushed in front of me!

     

    I found that rather funny, plus he was rather polite about it too, so I didn't mind.

     

    Still called him cheeky tho :blush:

    Even more importantly, each person should be limited to ONE autograph, say 2 per family. I saw many, many people walking away with armfuls of signed goodies, with 5,6, or more not uncommon.

     

    Well I can answer this question myself - it's quicker to make money from one person willing to hand over £200 in one go, than from 10 people paying £20 each. The organisers of this show clearly have no respect for the fans at all

    I think this is a little unfair...I think showmasters would be showing LESS respect for the fans if they limited it to only one auto!

     

    If someone has made the effort to get to a queue early enough, then they should be allowed to get what they want signed!

     

    But, I do agree that it is a shame some guests rush through the fans! Yet, that is their choice...if they wanted to take more time with each person, they could!

    Exactly! it's the same with the photos Spolky. Some guests just don't want photos being taken of them. Did it occur to you that most guests are getting camera flashes in their face all day? It gives them a headache. I know, so take the pic without a flash? I dunno why they don't request that tbh. But some guests just don't want them taken, full stop. The only reason Sms would stop posed pics is because they have too many people to get through, but that's only a last resort, but then, that wasn't your complaint either so now I'm babbling. :D

    At my school we had the walking on the left rule, but then they extended it by having 'up' and 'down' stairs at each end of C block, that you could only go 'up' or 'down' on respectively. There would be huuuuge queues on those at the end of lessons and sometimes you'd just get carried downstairs by the sheer amount of people!

     

    We weren't allowed to dye out hair wear make up have heels over 3 inches... blah blah all the usual. Not that anyone payed attention to it.

     

    We didn't have to wear ties tho. Or Shirts, We could wear white polo shirts if we wanted =) as long as you had the collar showing. :blink:

     

    And we wasn't allowed to knock on the staff room door. We had to wait in the corridor outside it, (known as 'the bridge') and wait for a member of staff to see you, or walk past and then ask them for the staff memeber you needed to speak to! Sometimes you'd be there all break to find out Mr Davies was at Lower School!

    Hey, okay I'm not going to C7, and so now I have a spare LOTR talk ticket and Party ticket, for sale.

     

    No worries about postage or anything, the tickets will be going to Mk with my friends, who have offered to meet up with whoever is interested to exchange monies/tickets.

    If anyone has any queries or problems etc I think it's best to just wait til all the emails have gone out first, which I assume will be by the end of today! Then hopefully they'll come and post on here and let us know that they've all gone out, and they'll have time to answer queries.

     

    Maybe it's a good idea to start a question topic, that way things are clear and they don't have to trawl through this thread of YES and NO and MAYBE etc to try and find people who have problems.

    I think they do email to say you're not crewing. I've heard that they did it before.

    So either way, everyone should get an email  :(
