Re-posting here coz I want to make sure it gets seen asap - is there a particular entrance to the building crew members should aim for in the morning?

They did used to be (I didn't crew very long before they switched and have a collection in orange and the like!) but the one's you'd have seen at MK this year will be the one you get next weekend.

Same as they've been since 2008. ;p
Very dark blue/black colour (with yellow writing) for crew, red for pit bosses (with yellow writing.)
Oh I didn't know if they were a different colour for each location
I've only ever been to the ones in Milton Keynes. -
What colour are the crew t-shirts?
I want to make sure I don't clash.

Hi all!
My name is Jen, I'm 22, I live about 20 mins away from London and I'm helping set up Friday and also working Saturday & Sunday. I'm a graphic/web designer (need any design help? Let me know), but currently working as the FOH Manager of a theatre. I've been attending Collectormania since CM4 and I love it! I used to attend for the Buffy celebs, but now go for Stargate.
I'm looking forward to meeting you all!

If they haven't received your confirmation to their confirmation (still following? LOL) then you will get contacted at some point. So in the meantime, just assume they received it.

Hi everyone!
I'm also a Newbie (but not a Newbie to this type of work) and very looking forward to crewing with you all!
I have a couple of questions...
1) Will we receive a confirmation for our confirmation? Or should I just assume you got it?
2) Now that Ryan Robbins has been announced, I would like a little time to meet him and get a photo (if he does a photo session) do I need to contact someone to let them know? I wasn't originally too bothered about meeting anyone, but as a Stargate & Sanctuary fan, now I can't resist.
ETA: I saw you answered my second question a few posts up... ignore that one.

Andy Hallett, who starred as Lorne ("the Host") on the TV series Angel, died of heart failure last night at age 33, according to his longtime agent and friend Pat Brady. The actor passed away at Cedars-Sinai Hospital after a five-year battle with heart disease, with his father Dave Hallett by his side.
Hallett, from the Cape Cod village of Osterville, Mass., appeared on more than 70 episodes of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer spinoff, Angel, between 2000 and 2004. The accomplished actor was also a musician and sang two songs ("Lady Marmalade" and "It's Not Easy Being Green") on the Angel: Live Fast, Die Never soundtrack, released in 2005.
Andy has spent his post-Angel years working on his music career, playing shows around the country. He had been admitted to the hospital three or four times in the past few years for his heart condition, according to Pat.
A private funeral service will be held for family and close friends in Cape Cod, most likely over this weekend. Link
He was only 33.
This is really sad - I met him at Collectormania Milton Keynes when he was there and he was such a funny, nice guy!

I just wanted to comment on the latest posts here. I wouldn't worry that Amanda has canceled based on her interview in which she only mentioned the november thing. I think she mentioned that, because it's something special for her. Her appearance at Collectormania is maybe more like work for her? Although she seems to enjoy meeting fans everywhere.
I also heard that on the Sunday she is to appear at Hearing Dogs for deaf people. A charity that she supports. I hope a link is ok, it's to the charity thing: http://www.hearingdogs.org.uk/media_celebrity_supporters.php

It's not an other event. It was something related to a charity she's involved with, that's probably why it isn't on the site.
Maybe elainec or sam1974 know what I am talking about.
I had heard that Amanda might be involved with something else - charity related - whilst over for C15 but I really don't know how factual that is.
As Queen Sindel suggested, until things are announced for filming of either Sanctuary or the two movies I wouldn't worry about whether or not she might attend C15. It's really not worth speculating about at the moment and I'm sure that SM will try and work something out if there looks as though there might be a risk over filming.

I've booked my photo op ticket but have decided not to get my hopes up too much. I just listened to a recent interview with her and she said that the next time she would be in England was in November. Plus she should be busy with the new SG-1 movie around the time of Collectormania and with Season 2 of Sanctuary.

I thought it meant that Amanda would be too busy to attend, but now I get what you mean - I have quite a few Amanda fans on my LJ f-list. -
