I didn't get to G-Mex unfortunately (lack of funds), but it looks like it was a fantastic weekend. I just have to say, with all this discussion about Robert Pattinson 'being on something', from the piccies I've seen he looks like he's spent a couple of nights without sleep, rather than being on something. I don't want anyone to thing I'm saying anything against him, I wasn't there so I don't know about how he was for those who met him (can I just say I am extremely jealous of you all). I nearly didn't recognise him in some of the photos I've seen, but he looks like he was very friendly, and had quite a good time meeting everyone. He probably looked a bit rough from nerves, as someone else has said.
I think he did get very scared in the talk sometimes that can get people to just keep talking even when they don't know what they are in fact saying.
He was very nice when I met him he smiled and was very warm and when I asked for a hug got so damn excited saying I love it when people ask for hugs. He really made my weekend saying that because sometimes you feel like they not very happy about hugging but do it to make people feel special.
After all we are total stangers to them.
Aww Cat I didn't know he said that about the hug, that's so cute!

Hi Guys,
Am flying to manchester airport on the saturday morning early - am I right in thinking that my best way to G-Mex is:
Manchester Airport by train to Picadilly - then Metrolink to G-Mex
has anyone a better way? or is Picadilly my best stop - or is their a train direct from manchester airport to G-Mex?

Yeah I reckon that's the best way. I've never done that journey (from the airport to piccadilly) myself but the only other way really would be by taxi which would obviously cost a bomb.
The trains go between Piccadilly and the airport every few minutes which is good, but no there's no direct train from manchester airport to G-Mex.

If I were you I'd call up virgin trains. They can sometimes offer better prices than they have on the website (i don't know why, but i've often found that with train tickets from manchester to london!).
