I always come to the summer LFCC and this will by my first Winter one. I was thinking of setting up a Cupcake Table and using Winter Comiccon as a test run. I'm a Chef by trade, but wanted to know if there were any certificates for health and safety that Showmasters needed for me to set up a table.
