We will co-ordinate the opening of the doors so that they all open at the same time giving everyone the same opportunity which ever door they are queuing at.

The colour of our tickets is green this has no relationship to the colour doors you should enter.
The doors you should enter by is written on the ticket as Green Doors, Red Doors or Blue Doors.

To ensure that people get in as quickly as possible we divide the number of people coming between all the entrances.
The doors are allocated at the time of purchase so that all tickets purchased at the same time should be able to enter via the same colour doors.
We are not looking to split families - anyone attending that has dependants with different coloured doors can & will be able to enter through any colour door.

For this event there will be three separate early bird entrance doors (access from 9am) one on each concourse (red x1, green x1 & blue x1) & three separate entry doors for standard tickets (access from 11am) again one on each concourse (red x1, green x1 & blue x1).
Dependent upon numbers and requirements on the day after 11am there will be up to six entry doors as we utilise the doors that had been earlier used for early bird access.
Arena stewards will be working outside the venue organising the queuing with all entrances and queues clearly signposted.

Entrance doors at Arena are located at the top of the stairs - there are 3 concourses with several doors in use on each concourse - each concourse is identified by the colour of the doors, red, green & blue. The colour doors which you will enter by will be printed on your ticket.

We are really looking forward to welcoming the Sheffield Film and Comin Con here at the Motorpoint Arena in less than 2 weeks, we hope it will be the first of many! The line up keeps on growing and looks fantastic, we can't wait!

Unfortuantely, you will be unable to bring your own food and drink into the Arena, this is the case for all events here.
