would my friends if they got a winning rafle ticket but don't care for a signing are they transferable

Why would they not just give it to you? I really hope people who 'don't care' don't win, as I'm a budding writer and have waited years to try meet Steven and Mark.

Stupid question gets a sour answer I deserved that

Sorry I didn't mean to come across as so rude :) If one of your friends win, I'm sure if they give the raffle ticket to you it'll be okay. It just annoys me when people win who don't really want it as much as others.

  2. Well, hi.

I've been around here a few weeks now but haven't properly introduced myself. I'm Shay, 14 and from the most dull part of Somerset :P (nah, I guess it's okay.)

This is my first Con, but you all seem great, so I really hope to meet some of you ~ if you do see me on the day with my mates, yeah please just say hi :)

I decided on going to ComicCon this year just because Jenna was going (big crush), but you've all surprised me on what else you've brought in...and also how much I've spent and am spending -.-

Doctor Who fan, Sherlock fan...anything really, love being introduced to new shows like Orphan Black recently :)

Not sure how to upload a photo on a reply, so you'll just have to do with my icon (I'm the lad).

    See you next weekend (:

Gold Passes do have a reserved area and do not need to collect any tickets. Sometimes indeed when the front is empty attendees are being invited to move up. But as this is such a large show this time I don't think this will happen too often.

So just to clarify, sorry - I will turn up at the Super Stage when the event is, and just be let in. No need to collect tickets for the free ones in the morning.

Yes. Gold Pass holders do not need to collect tickets for the free talks. There are no tickets to collect anyway this time. As a Gold Pass holder you show up on time, walk to the front, show your pass and go in.

Same goes for paid talks. Just turn up and there will prob be a seperate gold queue which will be let in first.

I'm not Gold, so I buy the paid tickets in the morning from the sales desk, yep?

  5. I have a problem regarding the Jenna Coleman photoshoots on the Saturday which I have a ticket for, basically I'm coming from Gloucester, quite a way away from London and on the train but It probably won't arrive until half ten at the earliest. This means I am in with a chance of missing the first photoshoot times and as I have train tickets booked to leave at five I am going to miss the second slot too.... I'm really worried and dont know what to do.. Is there any way of getting straight in? Unfortunately only have standard tickets and my photo ticket number is #479, please help?

Because it's after 400, it's more then likely to be in the second shoot. And as you say, you can't make the second shoot.

Best bet is to TRY your hardest to make it to the first shoot. Other then that, I can't help you, as I'm not a crew member.

Best of luck sorting this out.

  6.

This is a paid-for talk and will be sold on the days of the show. [...] They will be on sale on the sales desk inside the show in Earls Court 2.

SO going to be there! Would tickets for this be already for sale on the friday? The Saturday is gonna be so busy with so many things to do, I rather get all the ticket buying out of the way the day before.

I was hoping not but they did say 'days of the show'. I wanted to get as close as possible, and I'm only going on the Saturday :P

You and me both ;) But yup, going the whole weekend. Not want to miss a single second of this whole event.

Days of the show...., do they mean DAY of the show, the show being the talk, in which case the tickets would only be sold on the Saturday OR did they mean DAYS of the show, the show being the LFCC itself, then it would include the Friday as well (And technically the Sunday, but I doubt anyone will buy a ticket for a talk that was the previous day, hehe) as a day on which they sell tickets.

Since as far as I know there is only ONE of these talks, as the guests are only there on the Saturday...That's why I'm slightly confused.

I presume, from the second sentence, that they mean the 'show' as LFCC :)

  7.

I have same problem but with Michael Madison and stan lee talk. Can we swap for another day?

Sadly they're not allowing swapping of days which has trumped me a bit as well as I've got a few clashes

This is why I refused to buy anything other then the Jenna photoshoot which I was ADAMANT to get to before the event's schedule was up - that and only being 14 and having not enough money...

Was thinking of going to Jenna's talk. Anyone have any idea how big the Super Stage will be, if she'll be on the Doctor Who panel, and how sold out the talk already is?

    Super stage is 2000+ seats.

Thank you. I presume they're expecting a large crowd for the Jenna talk.

Does anybody have tickets for this? What number are they, how high do people expect them to get?

For Jenna Talk, I have 227. And I waited couple of months before ordering. Order date was 10th June.

Hm okay thank you. I hope it isn't too busy, I might end up going.

  9. Ummmm I don't understand. Lena Heady's photoshoot is at 9.55 and then she has another one at 15.10. Does this mean that she is quite busy so she has two. Which one do I go to and does it matter as I have a shoot at the same time as the 9.55 one so can i go to the 15.10 one instead?

Some people arrive before 11:00am with early bird tickets. Normally both shoots are divided into ticket numbers, depending on how many there are. If you have a higher number, you'll be more then likely to be called in the second shoot.

However if you arrive after the first shoot and your number was called, it's no big deal, as it was before standard entry. And you can just attend the second one - you can go along to the shoot any time after your number is called I believe.

    Hope this helps :)

  11. Depending on the time of my photoshoot and the Doctor Who talk I may get to this. Hope I can see the set at least!

I'm not too worried about it clashing with a Who talk. Because Sherlock is bound to be uber popular, I can't see them wanting to clash both those two events together :)

I just have a Jenna photoshoot to get to as well. And I may possibly buy a few more on the day, so I hope the schedule is up soon :)

  12. I only have 5 photoshoots so i should be fine. I personally think Michael Madsen and Carrie Fisher (especially) will have busy photoshoots. Do you think they will call us up in batches?

Yes they do. It's my first Con, but I believe they call a certain set of tickets numbers at a time, maybe 30-40, before going on to another batch,
