Quick question for organisers - I have Thomas Dekker photoshoot tickets from Milton Keynes which I believe can be refunded or used at LFCC due to him rescheduling. Haven't asked for a refund yet as hoping to make it to LFCC but not definite yet. If I don't make it can I get a refund after LFCC or would I have to make a definite decision before then.

Never been to LFCC before. Can only do the Saturday - so do I need to purchase an entrance ticket before the event or can I get it on the day? - not sure how many I need yet so trying to leave it till last minute. Thanks

Hi complete novice to any of this as this is my first time at any event. Wondered if anyone knows if the early entry with the Residents Pass is for all three days, ie Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Hotel is booked for Friday and Saturday night. Also where do we have to go to collect passes and how do we go about getting in those few minutes early on the Friday (if it's valid for the Friday) before we've collected the pass. Confusing eh
