I would just like to thank SM for the vast improvements made at c5. I attended c4 and was very dissapointed with the way it was run. The only people I got to meet at c4 were the Raymond twins, mainly due to the fact they were the only few guests that weren't on the vitual queue system. However I went to c5 on friday and had a brilliant time. The balance of guests with a virtual q and those without seemed to work well.
