  1. Hi all. Got up at 5.45am, had a shower and shave, put clothes on, fed my cat Seven, left my house at 6.15am, drove on M40/M42, arrived at NEC at 8am. Got in the queue for five minutes to be hand stamped. Then in the queue outside the entrance, I was a few people behind the front so all good. Waited for a hour, playing game on iPhone. Entrance opened, there was a mad dash toward autograph area to get V.Q, I got pushed around which was annoying, mad scraming getting the tickets, took my time walking toward Wil Wheaton and got a ticket number 19, yay!! I hang around and looking, not much dealer's tables, why fudge stall in Star Trek God know. Not much on sale, got a tribbles for Seven to play with. Went to a cafe, got a full English breakfast, it was alright and small but very expensive IMO. I should know, I'm a tradesman Went to photos stall and bought Wil photo and a few other. Then off to photo area A for photo shoot with Wil, had my shoot and got a photo yay! He seem a nice bloke and understand little BSL/ASL which was cool! Then got in the queue for his autograph which was a while as he was still in photo shoot, I'm not too bothered about it , just take it time. Got his autograph yay! It was about 11.35am I got it. Hang around a little longer but most sale stuff has gone, tribbles selling very quickly. Left for home about 12.10pm as there wasn't much to look, and I already got all of the Star Trek stars except Nimoy which was a shame. I'm happy I got a autograph and a photoshop with Wil Wheaton, I want to say many thanks to who advised me above and a very kind crew member who look after me at photo shoot A, big thanks to her. Daniel.
  2. Hi all. I'm getting ready to go tomorrow, off to bed now for early start in morning. How did it go today, was everyone able to get autographs what they want? How was it for Wil Wheaton's line for autograph? Sorry to ask, I'm so excited!! Daniel.
  3. Well, I love to have a signed photo of Wil, but if I miss out, I still have the photo shoot with him so that will be enough. Checking and the show open on Sunday at 9am so I'll leave about 6.00am, I'm very patient as I enjoy waiting and looking. Other thing, looking at timetable, I am on batch 4 for Wil photo shoot, he is on 10.50 to 11.20am and 2.50 to 3.20pm. Which am I on ?
  4. Dang, you all won me over lol Bought entry ticket, photo shoot with Wil. How early should I arrive to have a chance to get v.o ticket? I'm coming from Aylesbury. Daniel.
  5. Ooh £45, that a lot of money, plus £30 plus parking fee and photo shoot, be over 100 quids, not sure if it worth going there....
  6. Hi. I would like to have signing with Wil, how much will it cost for signing for him? Other thing, I have a full cast signed of TNG poster, I'm wondering if Wil sign it as well even if his face isn't on it? I'm thinking... should I? What you think? Thanks Daniel.
  7. Margot Robbie ( Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad, she is lovely )
  8. Welldone to Showmasters for a sold out event :-) I want to go but unfortunately I will be in LA. However, can I point out a few things: 1. What happened to good old event where everyone can get in and pay on the day, you could have half on sale on website and other half on the day? 2. What about those who does not have credit or debit and only use cash form to pay? 3. I think you have too many A-stars coming, that is the one of the reason why it got sold out, making it seem unfair to other who are simple want to browse stalls, buying toys, figures etc and not interested in autograph or photo op. 4. Would it be better to have two events in separate buildings at the same time, so if we want to buy something or browse stalls, they can go in one event, pay a small entry fee. If we want to meet, autograph and photo op, we can pay the tickets that includes the cost of entry to other building? That way, it would be easier to control crowd and can let in buyers who just want to look around and buy something, if you get my idea? It would be good for sellers too. 5. Would a bigger venue be good? London Expo, much bigger than what we going. That would be perfect for above. 6. As there is no pay on the door ( am I correct, due to conflict information? ) what will happen to people who arrive to find no entry without tickets? I'm sure there are lot of people who does not online often and on hearsay. 7. As the line up of stars for autograph and photos get larger, you will need better barriers, fencing etc to control crowd, I have been to load of events and seeing a few jumpers, wrong queue, and misused of number system. 8. Tickets, if someone is unable to go, for photos op, I can't see why it can't be transfer to other who want it but sold out, why can't it be transfer to other at same value and Showmasters doesn't lose out. 9. Stalls setup, last time I went, the crowd was ridiculous, too many in corridor way between stalls, the stalls need to be moved wide and give enough space. 10. The solution to tickets tout problem is to have on site check-in where you ordered tickets on line but does not get tickets yet till arrive on the day and get tickets from machine that need credit or debit card to prove you bought the tickets, like the one in cinema? 11. On the spot check, that will not work. Because one could order tickets as a gift for member of family to go. I am sorry to point out but it must be said, please do not be offended. Thanks for the great past shows. Daniel.
  9. No worries :) it is for Halloween party in a few weeks and it is a fancy dress theme. Daniel.
  10. Hi all. Don't know if you can help, while we were walking around at London Film and Comic at earl court on July 12th, we noticed a male dealer selling stuff wearing white lady skirt and white large cloth around upper chest as to cover breasts. What was it from? Comic? Film? We know what it look like but not sure what theme is it? I am asking because my girlfriend want me to wear it IF I want my girl to wear a costume from Seven of 9, so we sort of made a bet......lol! Daniel
  11. Saturday, I went. Saw photo of captains on the DSTL website. Daniel.
  12. At LFCC, I had three photos taken due to poor light for the prices of one with Jeri Ryan, went to the table to pick up and was surprised to find three photos. Jeri is my fav star. Daniel.
  13. Arrived there just in time, just after 9.45am. Got in ok. As I already got all autos, Robin is the last one I need. Pleased to see all captains in one place. Many thanks. Enjoyed the day. Daniel.
  14. Thanks. If I arrived before 9am, will it be some left or will it be sold out by the time I arrived? I live about five hours away so that why I am worried that on arrive to find all sold out.... Daniel.
