Downgrading a green screen photo op?

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience of this?

I paid extra for the GS op with Christopher Lambert just because I have somewhere else to be on Saturday night, and earlier this week the schedule had the GS shoot an hour or so before the regular shoot. I had no interest in green screen, just in escaping early.

Now the times have changed (or I misread in the first place), the non-GS shoot is earlier, and I'm going to be stuck kicking around quite late for a GS option I didn't really want.

I know schedules subject to change etc - but if I buy a non-GS shoot for Chris and contact SM am I likely to be able to get a refund on the 'duplicate'?
