They are still working on it. I got mine the morning she cancelled and have no refund yet ether.

As with the reply about Alex, as they were last minute cancellations you should hopefully get it soon, if not email the shop with your order number.

The office has only got back Wednesday. For us the show finishes when the doors close, but they are still breaking down the show, getting the guests back etc.

My refund has come through. It was such an enjoyable experience I’d like to do it again. Who do I email to get another one?

I got my e-mail too - I had only ordered late morning the day she cancelled, so I am pretty sure I was at the end of the list.
