I'd imagine they will have separate queues each side of the door so go around the front and ask where the Access queue is but hopefully it should be obvious as there will be a lot of people in the general entry one. How will it work for extra help please? The way it worked in the summer is that extra help had a separate door we went in and joined a shorter queue.
