I Need Help/Advice

Hey, maybe someone here can help me, I was in the process of purchasing an adult entry for the Saturday aswell as 1 standard photoshoot with each of the following, Charles Dance, Emma Lahana, Jes Macallan, John Simm, Joseph Marcell, Karyn Parsons, Katie Sackhoff, Robert Englund, Sylvester McCoy & Tala Ashe. Totalling £274, as I clicked the pay now button the timer ran out and it said the session had expired and to start again however I checked my account shortly after and the money had indeed come out but I have still not received the normal order confirmation email that comes after you pay.

I’m afraid that the only people that will be able to help you will be either Eventbrite or the shop (shop@showmastersevents.com). There’s nothing anyone on here can do unfortunately.

Have you logged in to your Eventbrite account as well as it stores your tickets there?  If they are there then you can print your tickets from your account, but if they aren't there either then you will need to do what Wrong said, baring in mind the office will be closed now until Monday.  It might be best to start with contacting Eventbrite first though and see if they can sort it as they will be able to look at the transaction details.

Check the Eventbrite account and then contact the store if they have a record of the transaction. If they have and it's just the e-mail/ticket generation that got stuck they will be able to help. If no record exists Eventbrite customer service it is, sorry.
