I emailed in on the 4th of October and they said it should be with me shortly. Now its 3 days to the event and nothing. Ive emailed them again but no reply yet. Raylenth Posted October 16, 2018 Share Posted October 16, 2018 (edited) Take your receipt and copies of your emails (printed or in electronic form) to the event and speak to the organisers booth or sales desk at the event, if you haven't had a reply before then. Raylenth Posted October 18, 2018 Share Posted October 18, 2018 I think for the non delivery of purchased tshirts it might actually be better to go to the Organisers booth first.
