Don't mean to sound like I have sour grapes or anything but 9/10 names that end up on the guest lineup are not ones that have been requested (just saying), hoping that isn't the case with next years LFCC.

They do read the suggestions and take it into account but there's 2 things people forget.  Just because people are suggested doesn't mean they are available/affordable/want to come, no matter how many times they are asked for.  RDJ for example would be a much wanted guest and is theoretically willing, but the fee I've heard he asks for makes him practically unbookable.  Also sometimes guests have contracts to work with specific companies, especially these days where some event companies are now global, which means it doesn't matter how many times someone is asked for, they may not contractually be able to appear, but as these things aren't usually discussed we have no real way of knowing who this may affect.  So ultimately it means that the majority of guest suggestions aren't going to work out, because of time/willingness/finances.

Secondly Showmasters have said in the past that there's no need to ask for the big names, they know who's popular and who we want to meet when it comes to the big TV/Film series, they would like the suggestions to be about people who might not be so obvious, but, people may not have read that and because we are an enthusiastic lot, we just say everyone we want regardless.

So it is likely that the final line up will be people who haven't been mentioned here, but that doesn't mean they aren't desired guests, especially when they manage to get a few people from a show/film, that's just the way it is, for all events really.
