Erica Durance, Teri Hatcher, Amy Adams, Kate Bosworth, Rebecca Romijn

I think I see a theme here :)
I had no idea Rebecca Romijn had voiced Lois. Cool! Meeting any of them would be awesome!
How about Dana Delany to complete the set? She's also been in Battlestar Galactica, and Light Sleeper which is one of my favourite movies ever ^^

Unless it's the MCU please don't have a relentlessly unwarranted focus on just one fandom, the excess of Dr Who last year, while great for Dr Who fans left very little for the rest of us.

As for Guest wish list:

Michael C Hall

Bryan Cranston

Trey Parker

Amy Jo Johnson

Kenan and Kel

any MCU actor that hasn't yet been to LFCC.

also, Wildcard; the likes of Dian Bachar or Brian O'Halloran, not big names but they are regulars at Cons in the US and i'd love to meet them.

You do realized that even if they don't have a theme and a set of big guests from one show/film, there's still a high chance you won't be interested in a single name?  Using your example I'll reply, Who is huge.  It's one of the longest running shows in the world and has a global fandom so there was no 'relentlessly unwarranted' focus on it.  What LFCC pulled off with the Who guests was unprecedented.  It was a dream come true for a fandom, that has not been done before and is unlikely to be done again for a long time.

Fair enough that it wasn't for you, and everyone gets that it's disappointing when you have little interest in the guest list but that's the way it is.  "while great for Dr Who fans left very little for the rest of us"  You do realise that LFCC had probably 140 guests over the 3 days and probably 20 of them were Who.  (Guessing the numbers but it's probably not far off)   If you think that 120ish guests left nothing for anyone else to do you have some strange ways of looking at things.

Also I should add that whilst shows can be themed as in the Who guests and they are obviously there for their main role, it's very rare that any actor has only been in 1 thing only and therefore usually also have miles of appeal outside of their main fandom.  Plenty of people would have met Tennant for Jessica Jones and Harry Potter rather than Who, and Ecclestone for Marvel.  Whilst I did get most of them for Who myself I was actually far more excited at getting Tennant on my Defenders poster.

I don't really want to get into an argument here, but the problem I had was that most of the "Headliners" were from Dr Who, sure there were plenty of guests from other fandoms, Star Wars for example someone said there was over 30 but they were all extras or characters who had like 1 line etc, no big names.

In the year of Infinity War surely a focus on Marvel would have been much better.

And again, not every year will be your year headliner wise, but you are assuming the actors are just sitting around waiting for a phone call from Showmasters.  The organisers are well aware that the MCU in particular is hugely popular and the guests are much desired, however that doesn't mean they are available to appear, affordable or willing to come.  I know that people would assume that out of the whole cast there is surely at least one person from MCU available but who knows, there may be a variety of factors that prevent them appearing.

I understand that, all I was really hoping for was a bit more variety among the headlining guests rather than mostly Dr Who, Sam Neill was good though.

On another more positive note, additions to my guest suggestions:

Teenage Mutant Turtles Original series voice actors, e.g. Townsend Coleman

Hulk Hogan (he's a regular at US cons)

The Cast of Arrow

Mr T

Vince McMahon

The Rock

Michael Bay (not sure if he does Comic Cons)

There is years where there is a Focus on a subject for headlining guests too. There's been a BTTF reunion. Ages ago all main cast but one from Stargate: Atlantis appeared.

Not everyone likes all reunions. You'd have been okay with Marvel for example, while we had tons of People freaking out about the Doctors. It's not like the same guest list will be repeated every year. Your Chance will come, maybe with the conclusion of Infinity War next year even.
