I ordered two Val Kilmer autographs at £60 each (£120) but have only been refunded £60 - therefore my card is currently outstanding by £60. I've emailed the preorders email address twice in the space of a month and had no response - I wondered if there was an additional email address I should be using to reach out for help? Thanks!
