Pre orders

Looking at the way Eventbright works with refunds, it just got me thinking about the viability of doing something similar with pre orders?

Eventbright refunds straight away - I think more people would use the pre ordering service if refunds were given as soon as the guests cancelled and not after the event.

 

What do others think?

Any ideas if there is a phone number for pre orders? Yet again emails don't seem to be getting through

I'm assuming he did not use your e-mail, or did you order for him and used his card?

Did you e-mail and ask or did he ask? It's just odds that you are both having issues. Or does he have a Hotmail address as well?

If he's okay with you giving his order number I'll check with Jason.

There was an event on the weekend - albeit a smaller one, but an event. Everyone was busy.

The website says this, with date March 6: http://www.showmasterssales.com/ I don't know what they asked from your brother, but if he doesn't have anything by the beginning of next week I will be happy to check again. Even if the refund was auctioned Thursday because of prior issues chances are that it's not showing on the bank statement yet. Banks like to play with refunds.

I spoke to him earlier. He was offline almost a week due to illness. He was trying to locate that Thursday e-mail. It seems the ones sent since then got stuck somewhere.
