Jason G is dealing with them now Wonder but it's an ongoing process.  Updates are generally posted on the website at the top.  As you can see he has shipped everything http://www.showmasterssales.com/

Hi Raylenth/all my pre orders from Birmingham arrived yesterday although my send-in item was not among them - before I contact Jason, do you know if send-ins typically arrive a little later than standard pre-orders?  It was ordered and posted in a few days earlier than the standard items.

I'd personally suggest to wait a week before e-mailing Jason just to give the post a chance to catch up (it is indeed quite possible that send in items get sent out last, and if it was a bulky item like a poster through a different postal service). If it hasn't turned up next week, don't forget to include your order number and as many details as possible in the e-mail.

MVronsky - the way you phrased it it sounds like your send it item was a poster? That will very likely take longer, just due to the Royal Mail Service. I'd personally give it until the end of next week before asking.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply, I shall certainly wait a couple of weeks before any further panic ensues!  The item was a DVD sleeve.
