Yes it's real.  I bought it in an auction at Sherlocked with is authorized by the makers of Sherlock who were themselves attending so it's a real production script, provided by them, along with many other items that were used on screen - some of the wedding favours and the pink ladies suitcase for example.  It came partially signed (Cumbers and Scott for example, plus others) and I got the cast members who where at the convention on it as well.

As to where you get them, there isn't a particular site or anything that I know of, particularly for genuine production ones, it's just pot luck if you find one from a source you know makes it genuine.

Sometimes they get auctioned for charity, I managed to buy/win a genuine signed cinema quad from The Enigma Code that way, but I only found out about that because of a twitter source I follow for Cumbernews.
