I did however manage to copy the table robmoriarty set up finally - hooray for borrowed iPad - and have amended the first post now. It's fine in most cases Skye, plenty of people take props or signs into shoots. If the guest doesn't want to do it and only wants a standard pose the crew will tell you but it's pretty rare and most guests are usually up for stuff like that. I recommend mentioning it to the crew inside the booth as it is a slightly more unusual scenario but it should be fine, just go over when you are sent up and explain quickly, give them the sign and step out, get the sign back and leave with picture. Yes, unless for some reason the guest doesn't want to do it it's fine. I've done it a number of times when friends couldn't make it.
