You might get a better response. The office does not deal with pre-orders, it's a separate team. They will only tell him to e-mail in. I've been told his e-mail has now been replied to. Bullseye33 Posted October 22, 2018 Share Posted October 22, 2018 Well I did indeed receive an email reply from Jason on the 13th September regarding the outstanding 2017 LF&CC items, in which he said the issue would be resolved in around 10 days time. Needless to say this date came and went with no further email correspondence and nothing received through the mail either. To give him the benefit of the doubt, I waited for four weeks until the 11th October before chasing him by email yet again. No reply as of yet and still nothing through the mail. I have used the pre order system in the past and continue to do so - my biggest issue with them is the lack of answers to emails. Believe it or not I have emailed about the outstanding 2017 LF&CC pre-order on the 5th October, 16th October, 18th October, 31st October, 13th November, 29th November and 13th December (all 2017). In 2018 I have emailed on 24th January, 13th February, 22nd February, 12th March, 24th April, 9th May, 29th May, 15th June, 9th July, 20th August, 13th September and 11th October. I have continued to use the Showmasters pre-order service for other events (mainly because the guest list includes names you don't see elsewhere). Despite several encouraging emails from Jason in the run-up to Christmas and the weeks that followed, all has gone quiet again, and a promised delivery has still yet to make it to my front door. Bullseye33 Posted May 8, 2019 Share Posted May 8, 2019 Another couple of months have gone by since my last post in this forum, and needless to say I am still awaiting my last 2 items from 2017 LF&CC pre-order, including one send in item that I haven't seen since July 2017. Jason occasionally replies to say that he has it in a "safe place" but I am still awaiting its return. This has to be the worst standard of customer service that I have ever experienced. Months and months go by without anything happening. Anybody else out there still awaiting the return or fulfilment of an outstanding order?
