Regarding collecting for others, Queen has previously said that this may be possible but please email the shop with all the details to request it and they can put a note on the tickets. An update will be posted here IF it happens, but that will not be until a week before the Show at the earliest. Unless wristbands are issued this year - which would also be posted - you can pick up other passes, but you will Need the order, a copy of ID and an authorisation.
