Upgrade from 11am entry to 9am entry on the door

Hi there, I'm wondering if it's possible to upgrade my 11am weekend pass to an early bird weekend pass by paying the difference on the door? I messaged SM via facebook last month but didn't receive a reply

You just need to email shop@showmastersevents.com giving them your request and order number and they'll be able to help you out there, Andrew.
