Collectormania 24 Photo Session Clash

I brought tickets on-line and was under the impression from the information given on the site that none of the photo shoot sessions would clash. however I printed my tickets off and two guest photo shoot sessions clash Helen Slater and Nana Visitor are both for session 2 my tickets.

Hi Chacotay, first off it's better to post in the relevant forum, C24 rather than here, secondly they are your batch number not the photo session times.  The schedule will be released about a week before the event, and until it is released we don't know what time any of the photo sessions are taking place.  Clashes do happen so please can you let us know what lead you to the impression that clashes would never happen? Please can you copy or link the bit you read.

 

Batches are a way of managing the photo queues by breaking down all the ticket holders into smaller groups that they can call up by batch rather than having hundreds descend at once all trying to get in the queue.  Photo shoots are called thus: Diamond pass holders (For Diamond guests) then Gold pass holders, then batch 1, batch 2 and so on.
