enobnala Posted March 13, 2017 Share Posted March 13, 2017 As a huge fan of the original Superman films, I've already booked entry and photos with Margot Kidder, Jack O'Halloran and Sarah Douglas for Fri 28th July. I would also like to come on Sat 29th July to meet Terence Stamp and ideally get the Superman Group photo. The problem I've got is that I will need to leave the venue by 11.15am on Saturday to get to my cousin's wedding that afternoon!!! Would the Diamond Pass give priority? Any idea what time the group photo would be? I live in London so would be able to arrive early if that would help at all? Any advice- beyond getting my cousin to reschedule his wedding!! But anyway, they're called in number order respectively Batches and have been on sale since December, so there'd be quite a number of People in front of you. 2 hours 15 Minutes is really not a lot of time. Crew will do their best to help you with the autograph on the day, but this is not something that can be guaranteed. About the photos... anyone's guess. I would personally think that his shoots will be done either first Thing or last Thing in the day so that the time for signing isn't interrupted that much, but that's a personal guess of mine. At this early stage, it's impossible for anyone to predict at what time the Superman group shoot will take place. If you have to leave by 11.15am, that seem way too earlie to take the risk of buying a shoot as nothing says it will take place before that time. Chances are even slim imo.Having a diamond pass will give you priority to Terence Stamp queue for autographs, but depending on your pass number you may also have to wait for your turn. And it will also depend at what time does Terence Stamp starts to sign, as most of the times guests are not behind their desks ready to sign at the opening hour.I know you don't have a choice, but 11.15am as departure time seems very earlie for me for an event of that scale. Maybe not that many because of the high price tag? Perhaps I just take the risk and buy the Diamond Pass and see what happens - as Margot Kidder said in Superman IV , 'Lacy, it's only money!!' If it's just the group picture you are interested in then it's a massive gamble you are taking. No one can offer any suggestion on the time it will be and as you've only got a 2 hour window the chances of it being during that time is obviously small. You might be lucky but you might not and the ticket is non refundable so if you can't go to it you can't ask for your money back. Queen is checking for you but personally I haven't ever seen a Diamond pass with a group shot included as the Diamonds are for individual guests not groups, besides which as mentioned above, you would still be subject to the ticket number you get. If it was auto's you might be ok if you were there first thing and explained to the crew, they might be able to let you through if not many lower numbered tickets are in the queue but it's still down to their discretion.
