He is best known for his work with Insane Championship Wrestling (ICW) where he is a former ICW World Heavyweight Champion. Grado portrayed Police Constable Hugh McKirdie in the BBC Scotland sitcom Scot Squad. He later starred as Brian Doyle / Buster on the BBC Scotland Scottish soap opera River City.
