Wrong Name
So has this one slipped through the loop? What will happen on the day if it flags up non payment at that time?I'm not sure. If you're worried you might want to speak to the sales desk on the day unless there is a mod who has any other advice?

samsstar
I'm so confused, it says one per order and i ticked the box. But i ordered 5 photoshoots in one go, should i of put the quantity of the eticket validation to 5?
gneetke
Hi, I bought my tickets 3 months ago (2 orders) and I paid £ 5 separately one week after for eTickets validation.  it's good ?

If you order them at separate times, there's a separate validation fee for each. Edited July 16, 2015 by TrinityKiller24

Showmasters Admin Too Tall Posted July 16, 2015 Author Showmasters Admin Share Posted July 16, 2015 If you ordered before yesterday @ 10am and didn't get the email this means you are fine. Â If you got the email, paid it and never got another email this means you are fine. Â This is for etickets only.
reelbigmartin
For the people who don't pay this, will the tickets be released back onto general sale?
gneetke
I just received a email "reminder" with all my e tickets. But I have paid the validation charge 2 or 3 months ago ..

chubby
I brought 5 photo shoots, do I need to pay 2.50 for each one or is it all covered? ive not had any emails about it. would be a great idea if the system just did the 2.50 automatic to save so much agro. Depending on when you bought them, if you haven't had an email then you're fine. They are changing the way the fee is paid for future events.

celine
So all we need to do is just buy the tickets on the eventbrite site and tick the e validation box and then pay and we'll receive it on the eventbrite app? Or is it a different process from before? I'm sorry to ask this but I'm a bit confused.
celine
Oh no! I bought two photoshoots and I did tick the box for the 2.5£ but it wasn't added to the price when I clicked on pay now. What should I do?

I dont get why it didn't process it as the same time as my order though, I did tick the box... well it's all good now.  there are 2 tick boxes and a big box which actually adds the fee. But as you say, you're sorted now, so no problem
celine
The thing is, the tickets were already in the eventbrite apps before I bought the e validation.... I really dont get how this system works... but anyway.. as long as my tickets work...
xxmeg
Right, so I've bought my eticket validation just now, and should be fine with my entry ticket tomorrow because my email for them both is the same, correct? :)
