I had forgotten to add the dedication name in the order. I sent you an e-mail the same day to put this right. I never heard back from you. Nor did I get any of my autographs until this day. When will you send them out? Also had I purchased Ben Hawkey who had to cancel. Will I get a refund for his autograph?
