dreximgirl
Hey I really want to be organised and buy my photo ops before I get there on Saturday but my issue is I have to leave by 5pm. If I buy photo op tickets now and find out the photos are after 5pm when the timetable goes up am I able to get a refund or will I have just lost the money? Obviously waiting until the schedule is announced would be better but I believe the shop closes before that happens and the queue for photo ops on the day is really really long. Thanks
Moderators StuartG2198 Posted June 26, 2015 Moderators Share Posted June 26, 2015 Unfortunately you will lose out, photo tickets are non refundable and non transferable
dreximgirl
Okay. What is the likelihood that shoots will go past 5pm?
Moderators StuartG2198 Posted June 26, 2015 Moderators Share Posted June 26, 2015 The photo shoots tend to run up to just before the show closes, the schedule is usually released a week to 10 days before the event so if you don't want to risk losing out it may be worth waiting, depending on who it is you're after
dreximgirl
Yeah I guess so I just know what the queue is like for photos on the day, if the schedule was released before the shop closed I am sure people would buy more photos. Musketeers and Hayley Atwell are the only ones I wanted.
Moderators StuartG2198 Posted June 26, 2015 Moderators Share Posted June 26, 2015 I would say that there will still be a reasonable amount of musketeers tickets available but am aware that Hayley Atwell is selling quite quickly
dreximgirl
Yeah it's Hayley I'm more worried about. Will have a think. Thank you.
scifisteve
Remember the Event runs on E-Tickets now, the Shop use to close so that they had sufficient time to mail them to you, now it all done online the shop may very well stay open till the night before. ( I see no reason for them not to sell E-Tickets for the Sunday on Saturday). Of Couse there are no guarantees that there will be tickets left for certain guests. Queen_Sindel
It's not going to be the night before unfortunately most likely, as much as I wish... too many issues with the validation fee, that means someone has to check the last orders coming in and make sure they're okay. SM will be in London setting up on Thursday already.
dreximgirl
But does it mean that there is a chance the shop will still be open once the schedule is released?
Queen_Sindel
But does it mean that there is a chance the shop will still be open once the schedule is released? There is a chance. But you are taking a risk, this is no guarantee.
dreximgirl
Honestly I'd rather take that risk than the risk of buying them and then losing money if I can't make the shoot.
