I got mine back very very quick think it was next day after announced

e mail the shop and see what they say

 

Yeah, I did that last week, but with two shows on I didn't expect anything to happen... but week later still nothing... :no: I've think they have forgotten me... :crying:

Those who have not received their refunds: did you order in the old store?

 

I just checked and was informed the Eventbrite refunds were done. Confirmation about the old orders has been requested.

It's been confirmed now that there was a problem with the refunds from the old store which somehow slipped through the cracks. Those are being processed with priority now, the money should be back on your accounts soon.

 

My sincere apologies, and thanks for bringing this to our attention.
