The transaction id for this refund is: <redacted>Generated at: 26/Mar/2015 21:30:58 Thank you for using WorldPay internet payment systems." I'm now worried the tickets I've bought are no longer valid. I didn't request a refund at any point, so I'm puzzled as to why this has suddenly shown up in my inbox.
