eccheetham
how will the e-ticketing system work for people who don't have a printer. i don't have a working printer so does this mean i wont be able to claim my photo shoot or will i be able to write down a code to claim it. or will i be sent an email that i can go print off at the library? dazza1234
What if people print out a few of them and give them to other people? That's the problem will they be able to sort it that's why I preferred tickets

That's the problem will they be able to sort it that's why I preferred ticketsThen only the first one will work. They use this system at many gigs and other events that I have been to and it works very well. Welcome to the 21st century! 😉

The barcode will be recorded and recognised by the system and if it shows up more than once it'll detect the error and won't validate the ticket to let the people with copies in
TrinityKiller24
Why not just introduce e-tickets for late announcements where it's too late to send regular tickets in the post? I always avoid e-tickets as much as possible because you can't display or keep them as souvenirs, so this is terrible news for me. I just don't believe that the £2.50 is still being charged. Way to look like you aren't money-grabbing...
Avengers7
I really hate the idea for various reasons - I used to buy photo tickets for myself and my brother - by the sounds of it, we will have one e-ticket between us - how will that work? Klikklak2
I love this . E-tickets are the way to go And for us overseas people it will be a lot cheaper without the expensive shipping charges. And if you don't have a printer, don't you know anyone that does have one? Litafan83
I'm glad that showmasters is moving forward with the new system of buying tickets, but I preferred the tickets through post. I like the ticket that showmaster did than a print out at home

So will i have to pay the £2.50 from two ticketing sites.
candymit
I can't get on either. Hope it's not an issue tomorrow night. I understand the need to move with the times, but the timing on this is wrong. Should have waited
discodiva
Exactly...who thought this would be a good idea to change just about 24 hours when probably a load of fans, especially those of us who missed out first time, will be desperate to get on to buy the RDA photo op tickets...demand will be high, tempers will be frayed and once again it shows imho poor planning and foresight by those behind the scenes..... Vinto316
Think there is an eventbrite app and you can have all your tickets on the app. Website isn't working for me but hopefully tis a smooth transition
discodiva
I hate using apps on my phone and want to use the web......obviously I realise that you have to upgrade but seriously waiting till less than 24 hours before an important guest sales go up is rather short-sighted imho........
