tania_twinkle Posted July 18, 2015 Share Posted July 18, 2015 I'm thinking to cosplay Sailor Mars tomorrow but I'm afraid my costume isn't good enough and I'll look a right lemon. Also a bit worried about walking in heels all day haah use some liners, plenty of talc and natural fibres where possible (helps wick away perspiration to prevent blisters) Also wear your heels around the house to get used to them (if possible) once you've worn them at the con for a while you'll forget you're wearing them, just please try to keep your legs together and not stand/walk like John Wayne without his horse! They said allow six weeks for it to be made and delivered but it arrived in only 9 days and the seller kept up great contact with me throughout the whole thing. This one is only coming from Germany and the seller has nothing but fantastic reviews about how good the products are and how she'd kept good contact with customers. So I'm stumped. And very sad. aw that sucks that's why I try to order from UK sellers, but sometimes you have to take a chance. But I'm sure you'll look lovely anyway, everyone knows you were going to be Guinevere, is there no chance you could whip something up quickly? Nah, didn't have the time or the talent to do so unfortunately. I'd be having serious words with the seller if that happened to me. @Twiga Amazon have some good ones, or just Google it but select 'results from UK' hth I've been trying to find Vala's leather outfit but too expensive or small! I was stuck in the middle of a photo shoot queue when they walked past and I only caught a glimpse but they looked brilliant. Looks like fandom shirts for me tomorrow.
