What are the showmasters terms for replying to an official complaint? How long do we wait for responses? Will all emails etc be replied to?

 

Not want this thread deleted as it is something we should all know so we can have estimations of service. So please don't all use this for any complaints or attacks etc. Just want the facts.

All I can say is that the emails I sent before the show were answered quickly. They will probably have several hundred complaints to deal with after this show possibly thousands so you might be waiting for a while.

 

You could try to get in touch with the Citizens Advice or the Trading Standards Agency if you feel you are not getting the service you feel you deserve.

Usually as a rule of thumb in any business that I've worked in, an official written complaint has to be acknowledged within 14 days, and an attempt

To remedy the problem within 6 weeks

There is a showmasters statement thread lets keep this in there we do not need multiple threads everywhere do we ?



People want us to respond to all there points we are working on this as we speak but can we remained you no one crew member was in every location of all the halls on each day, so we are talking to all heads of crew to get the facts together so we can respond to you all , this dose take time its not a case of one person responding so give us the time to respond thank you.



We are not going anywhere and we will respond just be give us the time to do what we need to do and then we will come back to you all.
