Ticket Refund for Cancellations and Photo Clashes

all refunds with the exception of Peter Mayhew and Sherilyn have been processed. these two refunds are still being worked on and will hopefully be completed tonight. please give it a couple of days for the money to show up on your card to be on the safe side.

Does this include Diana Muldaur. This was bought on the old system so refund would be manual processing.

I was told Peter and Sherilyn are the only exceptions. so yes, it would included Diana. as it's manual processing I'd definitely give it some day though before the refunds show up.

Any updates on general complaints etc that are not just refunds?

 

I'm currently not helping as much because I have horrible problems typing due to an injury. the last email that was forwarded to me was from LFACC friday night. so anything after that is still in the pile most likely.

hi everyone

 

i have talked to Mara and she has just gotten up to date with all the refunds and it took her till not to get on top of it so thank you for all being patient with us on this, we want to get anything we owe you back to you asap it just takes a bit of time to go thought some go the ones that were taken before the new order system was in place but they should all be with you now.

 

what we do ask you all to do if you do not see you refund on your account PLEASE do take the time to look properly as they have all been refunded and 99% of the time when people contact us they have just not see it properly so please do have a good look so it saves your time and ours thank you so much for that.

 

on behalf of all of us here thank you for understanding that these things take a little time and i would also like to publicly thank Mara and Joe for all there help up to the event and afterwards in looking after all your ticketing needs and inquiries you do such a great job thank you so much .

the last refunds were just processed as Jason said. give it until Tuesday or Wednesday, sometimes it will take a day or two to show up on your card.

 

Is that just the automatic refunds for cancellations, etc. or does that include for those of us with photo ops but no entry tickets who didn't get in? I have no idea exactly how they do them, but I haven't given a reference number or anything yet. Just so I know! ^_^

this is for the cancelled guest refunds. I don't know anything more about the others than what was posted here. as Jason has said another statement was coming this will probably be addressed then.

Not yet. It can take up to five working days for the banks to process a transaction. As posted above they have just been completed. It is in the hands of the banks now.

 

Mine isn't an automatic refund though. I'm requesting a refund for two missed photoshoots due to not being able to get into the convention and being stuck in the queue outside for pay on the door entry for four hours instead.

I'm requesting the same thing. I sent an email with my proof of payment and a photo of my unused tickets and receipt.
