lingham Posted July 12, 2014 Share Posted July 12, 2014 As I didnt go today I can't comment on any situation that happened today but at work we all wear radio headsets and certain teams are on different channels so everyone isn't talking over each other. could pit bosses be on lets say 1, crew outside in the queue on 2, crew inside managing VT's on 3 etc etc and that way everyone doing certain things would all know what each other is doing. It might cost a bit to implement but in the long run I know it would be amazing as that way there wouldn't be any "lack of knowledge", "no-one in the know" etc type comments thought?
