Yeah, just come out of the main doors and the bus stops are right infront of you. I've only got the bus to MK from the airport once, i just went to to the drivers on the buses/coaches and asked if they went to MK. They usually drop you off at the train station, but they might go directly to the Shopping Centre. If not there are plenty of buses or taxis that go from the station to the centre.
