Sometimes orders aren't necessarily sent in order.

 

However, some others have said that they haven't received their Stan Lee tickets. Please check the order status in the store. If it says the tickets were sent and this has been a while please get in contact with the store.

If it had said shipped there would be more reason to worry. But as this was before the software was updated there could be an entry error. All I can recommend is e-mail the store with name and order number and ask them to check.
