Changes to 2nd ticketholder

Hi, just wondering if it's possible to change the name of the second ticket holder. I bought 2 tickets, both were paid for on my card, and now it's looking like the other person can't go. Have I lost my money, or can I change the name on the second ticket, as it wasn't actually purchased by them? Thanks.

Emailed them about this a couple of weeks ago and have still had no reply. Anybody have a phone number, or anything??

Sorry, you can only contact them through e-mail. If you want forward your message to the e-mail address in my profile and I'll try for you. I see you're registered with a Hotmail address. Unfortunately the store e-mail can get temperamental with Hotmail addresses.

Still haven't had any sort of response from them, but thanks for trying to help me. I've found a phone number on the HW6 website, so I'll try that as a last resort, but I'm not holding out much hope.

That's the office number and not the one for the ticket ladies. You can try calling of course.

 

Unfortunately this is nothing the mods can directly help with. As you already suspected in the first post, normally tickets are not transferable.
