I have photo shoot tickets for Adrienne Corri , Sylvia Anderson and Joe Allen all from the last show who cancelled and were then confirmed for this show. I have never been refunded for these, Do I hand them over at the desk and get issued with new ones or do I just use theses during the show? I bought a deluxe weekend pass after I moved. Will the photo shoot ticket be sent to my new address? I sent emails on 14th & 30th January but unfortunately I haven't received a reply yet.
