I added a ticket to my booking (TNG Panel on Saturday) and all of a sudden my Friday night party ticket is gone from the booking. :( E-mailed them twice already and haven't received a reply. I can imagine that they're quite busy right now but I'm getting really worried that I won't be able to attend on Friday. Tried to re-book the ticket for Friday online, but that doesn't work either. Will print the original confirmation I got from them that did list the Friday ticket, really hope that'll help in the worst case. :(

 

I'm really very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately the ticketing is handled by Media 10 and we can't help with questions like that. If they don't get back to you before you leave please bring the original print out and go to the information table. They'll be able to point you in the right direction to sort this out.

I have 2 different photoshoots at the same time in 2 different areas. Will I be able to make it? What happens in this case?

You should be able to make it. Go to the shorter one first (the one ending first) and tell crew there you have the other one. They'll try to get you through as soon as they can. What's the clash exactly?

Hi Q_S! Are you going to be there tomorrow? Would love to meet you! We have a photo shoot tomorrow at 1630 with Karl Urban at Photoshoot Area B, and simultaneously another one at 1630 at the Borg Chamber Photo Shoot with Alice Krige. On the timetable, it doesn't say how long the sessions last....

The end time is about the start of the next session as listed below. Alice's shot is the only one in that area, that's why it isn't showing any end time.

 

Go to Alice first and explain as above, then to Karl.

 

Yes, I'll be around for the weekend. You'll probably find me somewhere at or running around between the photosessions.

Also von der Event Crew nein. Nehme ich mal an, Showmasters betreut nur die Fotosessions. Aber bei den Fotosessions bin ich die Übersetzerin vom Dienst, ja. Deswegen ja das wahrscheinliche Geflitze. :lol:

Ich habe folgendes Problem: Ich habe für 2 Tickets zwar bezahlt (TNG Reunion und die Opening Ceremony) - aber die Tickets stehen nicht zum ausdrucken bereit. Wenn ich nun wieder in mein Konto bei Destination Star Trek gehe, werde ich aufgefordert, für die Tickets erneut zu zahlen. Meine Kreditkarte wurde aber bereits belastet, so dass ich es nicht einsehe, warum ich erneut zahlen muss. Ich habe auch eine Email von Destination erhalten, aus der der Kauf hervorgeht.

An wen soll ich mich diesbezüglich wenden? Ich sehe jetzt schon, dass das morgen chaotisch werden wird....
