She's an English teacher and if all English teachers were grammar nazis then my mum would be hitler! I'm as bad I even punctuate my text messages and hardly ever use abbreviations of words. I've been to a number of craft fairs recently and even the smallest of traders seemed to have them (I assume they can be hired). Costs aside, a big issue is the time it takes to process one payment. That is based on being able to get a decent signal in the first place. The machines have been able to be hired at the venues I've been to, likewise the craft traders I know are also able to utilise paypal payments at their stands. Downside though is, as always, the devices operate on mobile phone signals so reception can be appalling, even when you're at Ally Pally right under the BBC's mast.
